FanVest is provided free of charge and may be updated or discontinued at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FanVest.
Contests are free-to-play fantasy stock competitions for entertainment purposes only. They involve no real money, investments, or gambling.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Friends is optional. You may not use invitations, profile information, private notes, or other FanVest features to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, exploit, or violate another person’s rights. One-time invitation links can be forwarded, so send them only through channels and to people you trust.
You may remove or block another player and privately report suspected abuse in the App. FanVest may investigate reports and limit or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
FanVest and its content are owned by FanVest. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
